Cancellation Policy

Buckles & Balayage Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Buckles & Balayage, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent me from filling your appointment with another guest, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. ✨ Less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. ✨ No-show appointments: A fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. ✨ Late cancellations/rescheduling: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee. ✨ Future appointments: Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit or prepayment to book future appointments. Emergencies and unexpected circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment with Buckles & Balayage, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
